Deer Creek Farm is a training Board facility and we offer two venues of Training Board

**Standard Board Year Round:** $800.00  
**Seasonal Board (Nov. 1st - May 1st):** $850.00  

**Included Services:**  
- Daily turnout (weather permitting)  
- Blanketing (dependent on weather)  
- Coordination of vet, farrier, and other specialist visits  
- Daily stall cleaning  
- Adequate bedding  
- Supplements and grain fed up to two times per day  
- Unlimited hay available with hay huts  
- Fresh automatic waters  
- Night checks  
- Designated tack space  
- Use of Deer Creek Farm facilities and amenities  

**Full Training Board:** $1200.00  

Please note: We no longer have school horses available for teaching beginner lessons.  
- **Semi-Private Lessons:** $40 per horse/rider pair (one hour, for two or more riders)  
- **Private Lessons:** $60.00 per rider (one hour)

Our Christmas Open House is the best party we have all year long!

Christmas Party Dec 15, 2016 5-7 pm Indoor only this year....
After careful consideration for humans and animals we have decided to make this event and inside only occasion this year. The connector barn is heated so people can come in to visit and have cocoa and cider and games will be set up in the indoor. However we have decided in the best interest of the horses that we will not be doing the sleigh rides this time. The temperatures tomorrow night will be zero and negative below during the time of this event

December 15, 2016 5-7 pm
Please come join us for our annual Christmas Open House Party.  Come have some hot cider or hot cocoa and Yum Yum's. Let your kids run wild in the indoor and have a ride in a sleigh  through our fields.  Come see our horses and bring something to donate to our local food pantry a nonperishable item.  We hope you all are having a great holiday season.  I will be launching my new riding program for young children and will have sessions ready for sign up.   So come meet our new addition Silver!!   We also have lessons for adults too, so if you don't know what to get consider that special someone in your life, give a gift certificate for a lesson.   Most of all we want all of our friends and family to come and visit us, sincerely The Uhlman's."
